El personal es muy muy atento y agradable (hemos viajado con nuestro perro y también se preocuparon por él), la habitación y baño estaban muy limpios y ordenados. El desayuno fue súper completo, estaba todo delicioso.

En mi caso, a la hora de hacer la reserva y elegir habitación, no había fotos del interior de la misma ni del baño (solamente de las vistas, que es verdad que eran preciosas). Nuestra habitación era algo ruidosa y podíamos escuchar fácilmente a los huéspedes de al lado entrar y salir, pero es entendible por el tipo de instalaciones.
