Location consigliatissima per rilassarsi e godersi l'isola.

La vue, la piscine. L'appartement est très propre et spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut. La buanderie avec possibilité de laver le linge. Bon emplacement pour visiter le nord est de l'île, c'est à 7mn de la petite ville de nordeste qui est très charmante avec quelques restaurants. La climatisation. La déco est sympa. La personne qui gère l'appartement est très gentille. Je recommande cet hébergement malgré le point négatif ci dessous.

C'est dommage de ne pas avoir une terrasse privée pour manger dehors. L'emplacement commun actuel n'est pas très convivial et sans vue. Donc personne n'y mange. On doit donc manger à l'intérieur ce qui est dommage avec une vue pareille. Nous prenions donc l' apero sur les bancs devant la piscine. Aussi l'appartement 1 chambre donne sur la rue. C'est très calme la nuit mais dès le matin vous avez les voitures qui passent devant la chambre.

Esta bastante bien tiene de todo, las vistas muy bonitas y la piscina esta muy bien, no lo usamos mucho porque estábamos todo el día por ahí. Nos dejaron entrar antes del check in porque el día de antes no había nadie

Un día cuando estábamos fuera de casa la chica que lleva la estancia me dijo que iban a entrar con el técnico para mirar el aire acondicionado, considero que eso se tendría de hacer cuando no tenga nadie alquilado el apartamento a avisar con antelación, no como hizo de estamos entrando….

Zwembad was perfect, het uitzicht prachtig! Het huisje was prima met alles erop en eraan. Erg genoten!

Het bed was wat aan de kleine kant en we miste ook wel ligbedjes bij het zwembad, maar het gras lag ook prima.

Nice and clean house with a great view over the ocean and a pool

This place was a gem. Very well-maintained and clean house, and the pool overlooking the ocean was the cherry on top. The Nordeste location has a very laid back vibe, and full of beautiful viewpoints. The owner was great with communication and made the whole process a breeze.

Amazing little house, giving the country vibe. Clean&comfy, with all the necessary stuff provided. Little coffee machine&small gifts from the host, ocean view. Went above&beyond our expectations.

The owner did not respond to our enquiries. There was no heat in the main living area... the heater did not work (it worked in the bedroom though). Very cold and unwelcoming. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. I understand that this is sustainable property but when it takes you triple the time to shower because of low pressure, it seems to be defeating the purpose. The couch is very beat up and torn. The lock box was very difficult to open and close to get the keys (it was dark and raining when we arrived so this was not welcoming).
