La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham College Station North

Our room and the hotel were very clean and that’s probably the most important thing. However, there were other issues. Noise for instance. I’m talking tvs blasting and people yelling down the halls at 6 am. All of which could be heard in our room. These weren’t kids doing this. These were adults who should know better. Also, the hotel has a guest laundry, but you apparently have to bring your own quarters because the guy at the desk said he couldn’t make change. He actually told us to go down the street to the dollar store to get change. What? Talk about poor customer service. Does a dollar store even do this? And why can’t the hotel do this?

Nice place bad manager Really nice place and location. The room was clean and visit was very good until 11:30 PM . I began to hear a very loud group in the lobby. This went on for some time so i went to the front desk. I was told by the very nice young man on duty this had been reported by other guests and he reported to the manager. The manager , Victoria Perez, indicated nothing could be addressed to the group and left for the evening so she could get the sleep the rest of the her guest would be unable to receive. What a great way to take care of your guests. Very disappointed and my last stay at a hotel we have stayed in for years. Protect a bunch of drunks so good guest never return, great decision and business model Ms, Perez, I sure hope you received your sleep, no one on your first floor did.
