Mirit have the most comforting and welcoming smile and attitude she was a great help during this whole process definitely recommend this place

System was down. Was not able to get a key into the room, staff had to walk us up and down to be able to get into our room.

Staff was very professional very helpful but the people outside the hotel In the parking lot where very scary.

Hotel is clean, room was clean

Welcome clerk seemed to not care much for the job. The new key card system was down. Didn't get a key. The clerk had to go up with me to open the room door. Same thing in the morning after, when I stepped out of the room n came back to get in. The bedside lamp was not working. Outlet on wall one plug was out too. Old furniture worned out, bed creeked when I moved around. Had to leave tv on for night light. Website said hotel provided breakfast, n all they had was 2 kinds of mini muffins, coffee and oatmeal packs but no bowls. That was it... No amenities in the room, one small bar of soap only. Price for one day stay too high for the quality of the service $144.00 on a Saturday. Would not stay there again.

Upon checking in the front desk, Robin was crying from The customer ahead of me. She stressfully asked if I was checking in and I told her yes. She threw her hands up and said I’m over booked. I don’t have room for you. She had to keep leaving the front desk because the key cards were not working and she had to walk every customer to their rooms. She called her manager, Victor, on her cell phone and handed me the phone. I shockingly starting to try and explain the situation to him. Before I could finish my second sentence he rudely interrupted me and told me he was at home and was pissed off I was calling him on an employee number. He hung up on. I had 2 other family members in your hotel that checked in prior to me. I have my 2 young children with me and had to go to find another hotel room. I have never been turned away from a hotel with a reservation. They had no intention of trying to help us get into another hotel. It was a miserable experience.

The staff were respectful and helpful despite the issue at hand.

The card machine was down for the entire 5 days that I stayed there with my family. So the front desk employee had to walk around and open the locked door from the lobby to the elevators. Then they had to walk each and every customer up to their rooms to unlock the specific room door. This meant if you were in the lobby at the time, you had to wait until the front desk rep got back from running around just so they could let you back into your room. EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU LEFT YOUR ROOM. FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. They kept saying a new card reader machine was going to be delivered the next day and each day it was the same excuse. On top of that, the whole place, especially the first floor, smelled of marinated pet urine. It was a heavy musk of that in the hallways. I visit people’s homes for my line of work, and I knew what it was immediately.
