Extended Stay America Suites - Redlands

I checked in to the hotel, I went to my car to get my suitcase, as I approached my car, there were homeless people asking for money . I went to my room only to find it was not cleaned and the room decor was absolutely discussing. I returned to the front desk and told the young Lady that I had changed my mind and would not be spending the night. She apologized and said she cancelled my reservation. I asked for a cancellation # and she said I did not need one. The room charge would appear in my bank acct. in 3-5 days. I will check this week, I am very suspicious that this will not occur.

The front receptionist her name is Mari,she has a nasty attitude right. Away wants to judge ppl only because we are staying one day or two she right away things your homeless and starts to think you're doing something illegal and she swears she owns the hotel with her nasty customer service she needs to get fired and have someone else with a positive attitude work the front desk.never again I will go there.
