"Lovely family time in a lovely property"

Loved the welcome Easter eggs and biscuits as well as the radio being on when we arrived. Was a nice touch. Property was lovely, had everything we needed for a great stay

Only thing that I would change is a throw/blankets for the evening. Otherwise was perfect.

Clear instructions given via email about how to get into property. The place was spotlessly clean throughout. Kitchen well stocked with utensils (admittedly we did not actually cook in the property when we there!). Really great location for Sandsend or Whitby. Really comfortable stay and excellent value for money.

We were met at the property and given keys. Very friendly lady. Given map of area and advice. Cottage very clean , warm and welcoming. Highly recommend. Security barrier reassuring.

"A very comfortable stay and definitely worth recommending"

Great location — close to the city center but in a quiet, peaceful spot. The place was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Only minor issue was the hairdryer, which we only found in the bedroom drawer just before leaving.
