We booked this accommodation for over €200 per night, which is more than three times the local average. For that price, we expected comfort and quality. Instead, the room was far below even basic standards – absolutely not worth the money. What makes the experience even worse is the behavior of the manager. He himself admitted in writing (WhatsApp) that the price was far too high and tried to “compensate” us by offering extra nights for free or airport transfers. When we asked for a refund instead, he told us he would refer us to Booking.com to process it – but when Booking.com contacted him, he denied everything and refused the refund, hiding behind the “non-refundable” policy. We checked out after just one night and had to pay again for another place to stay, yet were charged for all three nights. This is not just bad value – it is misleading and dishonest. We travel a lot, and this was by far the worst value-for-money experience we have ever had. There are many other options in the area at a fraction of the price that offer much better quality and service. ⚠️ Do yourself a favor: do not book this place.

Krui Surfing is situated in a quiet area right on the beach front with the sound of the waves lulling a person to sleep.

Location was perfect, right on the beach. Bungalow was very comfortable and had a nice view, it was clean and tidy upon check in. Saff were absolutely lovely. They got us food for dinner when it was late and breakfast was delicious and also provided the best fresh coconuts. Thank you again for having us, we will be back for sure :)
