Newton Brewery Inn

The establishment was situated in a quite area of the town and parking was easy. The lady owner was very nice and helpful - especially when I locked myself out of the room ! The bar was full of friendly locals, very happy to chat, and the local beer was excellent. It was also situated right on the canal towpath, so I could go for a wander. Good price for what it was.

The room was simply decorated but OK, however the bed mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs. Also, the shower had a mind of its own !

Spring matras was not great, for sure not what i am used to at home.
