Clean, well maintained, good location and staff friendly.

The facilities were minimal, no kettle in room. The bath towels had a really bad musty smell. Only one staff spoke english so its really difficult to communicate or get information. Also no extra pillows.

Everything was nice! Close to a lot of tourists attractions but not too close at the same time. You don't have to hear that constant noise that you can get in crowdy areas. So. if you'd like a place outside of the main areas but close enough, this hotel is for you

No free shuttle from the hotel to the bus station. It is true that it is not close to but maybe trying to organise like a schedule or if there are more than X people then yes?

L’hôtel est bien placé en périphérie de la ville et propose une navette gratuite pour rejoindre le centre ! Les lits sont grands et confortables, le ménage est réalisé tous les jours ! Le personnel est serviable et agréable :) nous reviendrons sûrement ici !

Sitio limpio bastante tranquilo. Una aceptable opción si vas de paso por Chiang Mai

No tiene muy buena relación calidad precio. El personal no hablaba apenas inglés por lo que la comunicación fue bastante complicada. Además tampoco se les notaba muy predispuestos a ayudar ni a dar información sobre los alrededores. La habitación está bien, aunque carente de personalidad. Por otro lado, no nos dejaron más que dos toallas y varios días se llevaron las usadas pero no las repusieron. Por último, está bastante apartado. Puedes encontrar otras opciones mejor ubicadas por precios similares o inferiores y con similares características.

ผ้าเช็ดตัว มีกลิ่นอับ , ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดหัว , เวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำขังตอนตลอด เปิดฝาท่อระบายน้ำก็ไม่ค่อยลง , หมอนค่อนข้างนิ่มจนย้วย , ประตูห้องน้ำ เปิด-เข้าออกลำบาก ผ้าห่มมีคาบ
