Arden Hill Farmhouse - Hot Tub, Snooker Table, Sleeps 16

The hosts were ten out of ten, friendly, attentive. The house was ten out of ten. Clean, specious. The living room and dining room comfortably accommodated everybody and we had 16 adults. Showers were all hot and good water pressure. The views are BEAUTIFUL. Such a beautiful setting. When the host sent the documents over and asked for bed sleeping plans etc before the stay I thought they were going to be intrusive but they weren’t at all. We didn’t need them but I felt like if anything happened they were easily contactable. We had a fantastic relaxing stay and would definitely consider both this property and this host again.

There were a few wasps about but we put a cup of sugar water and that distracted them

The hand over when we arrived was a little like being back at school. If you break this or mark this it will cost you this much. Snooker table light is too high it lights the whole room instead of just the table. The naughty elf was a nice touch but after showing the children and talking to them about she then promptly moved it🤭
