Nothing special to like regular appartment

The most disturbing issue was that a cleaner opened the door while I was still sleeping in the apartment. I had clearly mentioned that I would leave at 11:00 AM, but someone entered at 10:00 AM without permission. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy. Additionally, the bathroom was not functioning properly — the bathtub was clogged and the water would not drain. Basic amenities were also missing, such as toothbrushes and slippers for the bathroom. Overall, this experience was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations.

The location was really good and the check in details were nice and clear, especially with the YouTube videos. The apartment was a really good size and nice and warm.

The locking mechanism on the door is really hard. Sometimes it would lock following the instructions and then other times it would still be unlocked. This meant we spent 5 minutes each time we wanted to go out, trying to lock the door. Whilst the shower was useable and fine, main shower head didn’t fully work meaning that we had to use the smaller handheld heads. Would also be nice to have more than 1 small towel each for a shower, especially for longer stays. Cleaning was majority fine but there was a dirty towel still left over in the bathroom from the previous stay.

the apartments are on the second floor with no elevator, so be prepared to carry heavy suitcases up. There are no batteries, only air conditioners, which, in order to heat the apartment, dry out the air very much and there is nothing to breathe. it was cold when we moved in. and the biggest minus - the apartments are dirty, dirty curtains, chairs. bed linen and towels are in terrible condition. dirty floor. we are disappointed with this accommodation

Good heating and the location was convenient.

Uncomfortable bed. Apartment on the 3rd floor with no lift, this needs to be mentioned in the listing. Pillows on the bed and lounge smell and need to be replaced. You have to sit sideways on the toilet as it is so close to the wall- I have never seen anything like this before. Water pressure in the bathroom is terrible, could not wash hair, at times the water just dribbled out of the shower. There’s a kettle but no tea or coffee. I bought milk and put it in the fridge and it froze. I had asked for an early check in, had to wait an hour so left bags at reception (which is a decent walk from apartment). I returned to collect bags at the time I was told and went to apartment where the guests from the previous night were still there. Had to wait an hour for them to leave to put my bags in and then walk back to reception where they told me the guests hadn’t checked out in time so the cleaner couldn’t clean. They didn’t think to tell me this when I collected my bags. Had to wait another 2 hours- really inconvenient when I had just been travelling for 30 hours and barely slept. The apartment was cleaned with fresh towels and sheets but there was someone else’s hair all through shower, on bathroom walls and on the bed pillows. Not nice.
