Base9 Cochin Airport Hotel

Location was good, not so far from airport. Loved the 24 hr check in, we could check in at the midnight

The property looks worn out and badly needs fix or renovation. Felt like it could have been cleaner too

Abin and the team were very sweet and helpful. It is very close to the airport.

We had asked for separate beds and was told we'd get them but didn't. The place is adjoining a railway track so be prepared for regular train whistles interrupting your sleep. Quite a secluded spot.

Not upto the mark. TV was not working. I have changrd the batteries from the second remote. The bed sheet was torned for the additional bed. The room boy was aware. Noisy exhaust in the bathroom

Good to pass one night if we reach late by flight. Staff are good, rooms are clean. Location is interior.

The drop and pick up charges were quite high not mentioned before taking the room and disclosed at last moment to us and we were helpless. The owner took advantage of our helplessness and talked very badly and even asked us to take own transport to travel to Airport. He did not bother about our review. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. No Food arrangement in hotel, to be bought from outside. The blanket had stinking smell of sweat. Not clean.

Water heater not working, too much sound and light from outside.
