It was good. View was nice. Next to grocery shop. By walk to santa teresa 27min. By walk behind garden, playground around 10min. Owner was really nice. Room was clean. Has double protector for balcony door which makes warm in winter. Had AC+heating.

Metal ram Bed is making sound a lot, even we sit on it. But bathroom was ok. Shower door was dirty, water is always not so hot when we took shower afternoon. But in the morning was ok.

All good and clean, we even had plastic utensils in the room as well as a mini fridge which was extremely handy. The owner was very kind person and explained everything in details. So glad that there was an AC and the view of the balcony is really beautiful. There was tv, Netflix and colorful lightbulb to set the mood of the room. Recommended
