Exceptional property! Everything from the hotel staff to the food and the hospitality was outstanding! The heated pool was much appreciated and the gym was beautiful! Will definitely be returning!
Great stay! We’ve stayed here 2 times before and love it. Amenities are beautiful. Very exclusive and quiet for a romantic stay or just a quiet time in a high class resort. Staff, once again, are very young and with a high turnover, showing inexperience not proactive. If you are by the pool, no one offers anything, you have to hunt the staff, as if they were too shy and hiding from work. But my family and I would return it for sure!

Apesar das ótimas instalações do Resort, o atendimento da recepção precisa melhorar pois ao chegar as 12:30 no hotel, fui informado que o checkin seria realizado apenas as 15:30, o que entendi imediatamente. Fui ao restaurante da piscina e lá permaneci, aguardando o contato que me informaram que ocorreria por WhatsApp. As 14:45 retornei à recepção e me informaram que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Segui aguardando pacientemente de forma absurda até as 17:00 (lembrando que cheguei as 12:30), quando retornei e me informaram que o quarto já estava pronto algum tempo. Ou seja, absoluta falta de consideração com o hospede, falta de organização e comunicação entre os funcionários, pois igualmente já havia informado no bar que estava aguardando o quarto desde o momento que lá cheguei. Não esperava um tratamento assim de um resort que se propõe a entregar um serviço de alto nível na região.
Fiquei 4 dias. Tudo bonito mas meu quarto cheirava esgoto, tive que pedir para ver o que estava acontecendo. Com relação atendimento pessimo, todos ficam na piscina e não vai ninguém atender, quando atende demora demais … muito burocrático. Cardápio do Bar o mesmo do restaurante.. tudo perfeito, mas para o BAR deveria ter coisa de petiscos que não tem. Enfim, não voltaria pelo valor cobrado proporcional ao conjunto de expectativas frustrantes
