"Overall good and comfortable stay except when there was the wedding event and guests are too loud to let us sleep from 5"

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are very nice and responsive when you request for some things and or assistance.

I initially expected this to be near Burnham (7 mins walk) but turned out to be 17 mins walk to burnham park. Also, there was a wedding event the day after our first night and the guests are too loud at 5 am and we barely sleep then, I am not sure what the hotel can do in that situation but maybe could have managed the guests but I understand it’s the guests initiative to stay respectful since they are not the only ones paying the rooms in the whole floor.

"Not good for security of possessions. If you have a problem don’t believe they will fix."

- Rooms are ok - staff are ok - location is ok.

- safe in the wardrobe not attached to anything can easily pick up and walk off. Mentioned it to staff every day of the 5 days. Every day the lady on the night desk promised to fix. Never fixed after 5 times asking. Had to carry valuables around for 5 days and they would not fix safe in cupboard. - Silver shower needs a good clean with something in 606 To make it shine. - breakfast very average
