Check in péssimo. Atendimento muito ruim. Café da manhã bem fraco. O quarto era bom. O horário do transfer para o aeroporto é inútil. Termina 10 da manhã e reinicia somente 18 horas. Ridículo.

Mail de confirmation erroné. Réservation d’une nuit à Ibis Orly. Un mail nous a confirmé que notre séjour se passerait , bien que confirmé à Ibis dans un autre hôtel Mercure. Sommes allés au Mercure qui n’avait pas de réservation avant d’être de nouveau orientés vers Ibis.
