We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. We were disappointed this time around. Starting to need some upgrades and tlc.

This is a clean, updated, modern place to stay. We stayed here a month ago, and this last weekend, 2 nights per stay. When we checked in, the room reeked like smoke. We are very sensitive to cigarette smoke, but the man at the desk insisted they don't have any smoking rooms, so it doesn't smell. I persisted and we were moved to the next room, where just the bathroom stunk like cigarette smoke. The room we were moved to was dusty, but otherwise very clean. The shower stall is very small, the first time we stayed, I bumped my head bending down in the shower as it is so small. I almost slipped in the shower both visits, and my husband too. My sister did slip in the tiny shower and hurt her hip and shoulder! It is very slippery and dangerous! They need to put some slip treads on the shower floor asap. I also had to ask for extra blankets as there were none in the room. The bathroom was very small and I had booked a bigger room this time, with the sink outside the bathroom. I paid extra for this room, but was moved to the smaller room. I would like a partial refund. The first visit, the heater was so loud we couldn't sleep.

I liked everything about it. The heat was on very low so cold in room. Only that could’ve have made it better was turning heat before s customer comes.

Fast checkin. Quiet property

The motel was well-kept and in a convenient location. The only issue we had was the fan in the bathroom needed replacing. It made a terrible noise some of the time when it was on.
