Great location, had what we needed. Was great to watch the Saturday night fireworks from the lounge room. Would stay again

Unit 4 on the entry level was subject to smokers from Other apartments which was off putting. Downstairs used the corridor as a smoking area we had to endure and couldn’t open our door or windows. The smokers ashtray was at our front window. Bummed us out as everything else was good. Was happy to move on after five days. Needs to be addressed. Didnt feel comfortable to speak to other tenants about it or complain for fear of repercussions. Maybe just our experience but it is what it is.. shower head is piercing!

good heating in the rooms and great to have a washing machine

we booked for 5 but everything in the unit was only for 4 people - 4 chairs, 4 sets of cutlery etc. there was no trundle bed, just pillows to put on the floor. shuttle bus stop is outside but was nearly always full when it got there so we had to walk to the snow most days.

The location was great just down the hill from the welcome centre. There is a shuttle bus just outside the accom to bring you up the mountain which is convenient. Was close to food and bars great location overall and the amenities and soace were very clean. The company - holiday niseko was great with communication leading up to the trip and during and during the trip. They were very accomdating with arrival/dpeature times and handling our luggage. Overall great experience highly recommend staying here!
