"Value for money property and to revisit"

The overall ambience is Good. The room for family is bit cozy but is maintained well. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. The breakfast is goodone but the service or preparation of food item's is bit late. The food seems authentic and tasty. The overall experience is good. The view from room balcony is very good. The distance from hotel to sea shore is very nearer. The price per day is budgeted one and is value for money

"Balcony view onto rubbish and car park, most awful breakfast in India"

Only good thing is the proximity to the beach

Balcony view is horrendous - view is of loads of trash and you are very exposed as there is a car park with drunk youths hanging out right below you. It is the most overpriced hotel I stayed in all of India including other places in Goa. It is absolutely not worth the money. Breakfast is awful, not even refillable coffee or a jug of tea. All round bad experience.
