I liked the location, I like the balcony, but would have like to be on the ocean side. The top floor was a great place to hang out on, so that made up for the street side view I had.

The restaurant area needs some work and the breakfast presentation. Fix up the outside seating area and get a little more professional with the breakfast, if you do that then people might be inclined to eat lunch and dinner there too. Clean up the parking lot area so we can sit in the restaurant and have a view of the beach.
