SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pasadena Arcadia

I stayed here for a week in November and I had a fantastic time. The hotel is amazing the staff is nice and it’s just outside the city making it the perfect spot to unwind after a busy of traveling and work. Just be aware that half the hotels rooms are close to the rails, so request a room away from the rails! The breakfast in the morning wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t terrible. It was nice to have a hot meal every morning when waking up before work. Sometimes they were out of what I wanted in the morning but overall it was fine. 9/10 The staff is what stands out at this location. The front desk staff is in top of their game. Everyone is really friendly and helpful, especially the Front Desk Agent in the evening. Anish was a pleasure to talk to after a long day of work. Everyday I came back he greeted me with a smile and a welcoming attitude. He made sure my room was perfect. My room was initially facing the rails but He set me up in a quiet room away from the trains right as I mentioned it! His customer service was amazing, every request was met with a “Can do” attitude! He knew all the best spots to eat around the city and all the places to avoid. 15/10 The pool was nice and clean but the jacuzzi was out of order, that was a little bummer. 7/10 Overall a great place to stay, outside of the city and perfectly quiet away from hustle and bustle of LA. Wonderful staff and location. 5/5 would love to sat here again!!

I stayed at this hotel this past week, and I want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the receptionist, Jeah. My girlfriend spent more time at the hotel while I was away, and Jeah went above and beyond to support her during the stay. My Girlfriend can be a little hyper and particular when it comes to where she stays, and Jeah handled everything with so much patience and understanding. She not only helped resolve a few issues my girlfriend encountered while dealing with, but she also took the time to find a room that made her feel completely comfortable. Something that mattered a lot to us, especially since we've stayed at this property several times before. What stood out most was how my girlfriend kept telling me, in detail, how positive her interactions with Jeah. It's rare for someone at the front desk to not only provide excellent service but to leave girlfriend a reassuring and memorable impression for my girl. The way she made sure my girlfriend felt at ease showed real care and professionalism makes the difference. Thanks to Jeah, our stay felt personal and thoughtfully handled. She represents the very best of what great hospitality should look like. Thank you again form the both of us!
