Courtyard Salt Lake City Airport

What a disappointment this Courtyard by Marriott was to us. Normally Marriott properties are above average, not this one. On arrival the restaurant was closed due to a power outage earlier in the day, which was not their fault but still not very accommodating to their guests as there was only a small restaurant a cross the parking lot which cost us $71 for two burgers & glass of wine. Beds were very uncomfortable but the worst was this morning when our in room coffee maker did not work & this hotel DOES NOT PROVIDE COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE. You had to buy it at the Bistro. Breakfast at the Bistro was very expensive - we chose Mc Donald’s. Staff was friendly. We’ll never stay there again.

Shuttle was over an hour late on multiple occasions and they were unable to get a shuttle to the airport from 6-8:30am, room was fine, if you requested something ahead of time at the front desk assume once the shift changes that request is gone.

Overnight stay for an early AM flight home. Checked in late and I left before sunrise. However, the room was clean, the shower had good water pressure and the bed was comfortable. In room coffee maker was greatly appreciated. The jacuzzi was, unfortunately, not working. Shuttle service runs 24 hours and I had no trouble catching a 5am ride to the airport…about a 15 minute ride.

Rooms on the highway, windows do not bloc sounds, curtain half way down and being told they have no other rooms. Rate is above others in the area. Restaurant downstairs very cheap. Avoid at all costs, not worth your money

Spent the night due to missed connection in SLC. Perfectly adequate overnight stay near the airport.. one complaint….perhaps the worst in room coffee I have ever had and there was no lobby offering other than a Starbucks that doesn’t open until 7:00. ( think of how bad it must be to prompt me to write about it!)

I had trouble getting in touch with them, such as not receiving a reply to my inquiry.

Great location, 10 min drive to the airport. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms.
