地點很棒、有JR、地鐵交通方便、櫃檯服務、客房空間都很棒、衣帽間很大、冬天吊掛大件外套空間充裕，早餐選擇豐富。對面就有很多商場，購物方便。 客房有加濕器很棒。

行った際に腰が痛いため、スタッフの女性が親切に荷物を部屋に運んで下さり、気さくに話もして嬉しかったです　 夜はどこかの部屋から騒音がありまして、来てくださった男性スタッフの方も感じ良くて、爽やかでした！　本当に感謝致します🙇

おトイレに入った際に、蒸れたようなドブ臭い様な？臭いがしました　 後で分かったのですが、バスタブの間が黒くなっていて、そこからの臭いだと思いました　 １度外して洗ったら良いと思います

新札幌駅前で、24階からの眺望はとても良かった。 朝食はまずまず（最近はどこもスクランブルエッグの質が落ちた）スパは宿泊者料金ならアリ。

浴室の蛇口など年季を感じた。 飲料水としては美味しくなかったが、使用自体は問題なかったので納得はしている。
