Staying at this hotel was a very unpleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a strong, foul odor in the lobby and hallways, which continued into the room. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards — the room was dusty, the sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Noise was another major issue; it was impossible to get a good night’s sleep due to constant disturbances from both inside and outside the hotel. On top of all that, the staff were unprofessional and not helpful at all. Requests were ignored, and there was no sense of hospitality. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a waste of money and a source of stress during my trip. Look elsewhere if you’re seeking a clean, comfortable, and respectful place to stay.”

The view is nice from the bedroom, the cleanliness of the apartment, everything is provided, access to supermarket downstairs, WiFi connection is good too.

Second time I booked the place, it's as comfortable as I remembered! Flat was super clean, the bedroom smelled really nice and equipped with spare linens, and both the kitchen and bathroom were filled with necessary equipment/items for my long stay. Very thoughtful! Their free WiFi worked brilliantly, and communication with the host was great from the start. No issues there at all.

The apartment complex itself is strategically located in Bekasi, however, the shopping mall that it attaches to doesn't have a cab stand from their lobby. Just a tip if you need to get around, you will need to have the local transport app or walk a bit for about 10 mins to the neighbouring shopping mall to catch a ride.
