Very enjoyable stay. Great location, great price. Very mountain-esque! Fantastic helpful staff.

The communal area is very small

Sauna was amazing, hot tub looked great too, breakfast at the restaurant was perfect including views and the vibe. The staff is so friendly and helpful also the bar and lounge area are very family friendly. It is a pleasure to walk around this hotel with all wooden structures, trees around and so quiet. It definitely feels upscale and welcoming to visitors, especially for skiing.

The bathroom doors are horrible - impossible to close or open and very noisy. The curtains should be completely blacked out and previous noise from outside. No elevators is a big deal with all winter or outdoor equipment and luggage. Finally adding a microwave would be handy for families.

Great location, loved the sauna and the hot tub after a long snow day! Comfortable beds and great coffee in the morning!

Luuuved the decor. And The setting itself. And the rooms felt separate and cozily private- as if you had your own little Hutch

Nothing about the hotel portion; however The restaurant service was abysmal. No fault of the waiters there were just not any- to handle the demands of the restaurant! One guy doing his best for breakfast an hour later nothing had even been fired!

Very warm, comfortable, private, secure, and stylish accommodations. Staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. The complementary homemade chocolates were delicious. There were also fabulous informational resources (magazines and QR Codes, electronic guides) about fun outdoor and indoor activities, restaurants, and shopping in the area, which allowed us to efficiently maximize the focus, meaning, and impact of our visit.

No towels in the hot tub area. Hot tub bubbles weren't working during our second soak. Sauna was cold, but was heated upon our request. However, these were minor inconveniences.
