This is my go-to place to stay near Dulles. Clean, comfortable and great staff. I have no desire to pay for luxurious amenities i don't plan to use, so this Springhill Suites is just right for me.

"Life is about experience!!"

- The location and quiteness of the area. - The shuttle service provided by the hotel.

- Billing and charging system in the hotel front desk. Even the staff can't explain the continuous deductions and blocks against the card exceeding the total cost of stay by 35%!! - The breakfast was below expectations. Same things for 10 days!!.

...the staff was excellent, especially the male concierge who facilitated my check-in amidst banking issues, as well as the cleaning staff and the wait-staff who kept breakfast fresh!
