"Love this chain of hotels every little to ever complain about."

Love the property! They have FREE washer&dyers! Lite lunch snack and a good breakfast. Every time I stay with this Chain they have a snack at 6:30 and a good breakfast with lots of options & I really appreciate it but I wish this hotel had a snack menu that made more sense maybe it was just and off day.

Location was good

Only having 1 elevator for 5 floors was ridiculous. The wait times in morning were up to 10 minutes. I was on 4th floor, and I'm disabled. I never received my credit amount of $25 for incidental's, of which I had none.

I was impressed on how comfortable beds and pillows were. Sofa bed was terrible had dirty stains that was very uncomfortable. Pool area was clean just needs a little upgrading. The only complaint I have is we had no extra sheets or pillows for sofa bed and, we called and we had to go down stairs and get them they wouldn’t bring them up. And our room handles on one of the rooms was handy cap and it was broken we could not lock the bathroom door. Other then that very clean hotel and the room was very clean hotel was quiet and comfortable the hotel was also just a little warm at 80 the temperature was a little uncomfortable while walking downstairs. Breakfast was very good as well tables were very clean. Over all great stay.
