1) Faltam espriguicadeiras, que são "reservadas" com toalhas desde cedo 2) os restaurantes são muito caros! Uma cerveja custa quase 10 US$ e um Hambúrguer 25 uS$ 3) Reservamos a suite, que na descrição informava 2 sofá cama e só tem 1 no quarto 4) Não colocaram água de cortesia no último dia 5) não tem produtos Coca-Cola pq tem exclusividade com a Pepsi. 6) Ter que pagar 100 US$ para usar tendas nas piscinas

Prices are too high for everything because of separate location and monopoly for all goods,no shuttle service to city, stuff is not so hospitable as other Costa Ricans,no robs, slippers, needs box in bathroom, very limited number of expensive tours

Underwhelming for the price point. Check-in was listed as 3 PM but wasn’t permitted until 4 PM. The staff knew we were waiting to check-in and made no effort to let us know it was ready while we lingered around so we could change— we needed to wait until precisely 4 PM and wait in line again while another family who just arrived was ushered to be helped in front of us. The staff made no effort to explain where anything was or what was available to do in Spanish or in English and instead solely referred to the app which intermittently worked even with phone service. The room didn’t have the hammock that it said it had— the plaque for it was there but it was missing. At dinner we ordered guacamole which took ages to be made and delivered. The pools were nice. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The hotel is ideally located in a family-friendly area, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool was a highlight, fun and enjoyable for all ages, and the marina is conveniently within walking distance. The property also offers a unique touch of nature, with wildlife adding to the overall charm and experience.

The restaurants at the resort are decent, but you’ll find much better options if you venture outside. Also, the resort’s transportation is pretty expensive, just grab an Uber instead and save yourself a lot of money.

We stayed here one night to break up the drive to our destination to the week. It was great for that, not sure we would want to stay more than a few days here. The pools were really nice and the little cafe off the lobby had delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff.
