"Worst experience ever!!!"

As we check-in, the front desk tells us that we didn’t pay for the 3rd person in the room which we did. We show them our invoice from the travel company. They drop the charges. When we check out we Ask what’s our current balance and they say it’s zero. When we get to the airport we get an alert from our bank for charges from the hotel ($370.00). When we call to see what the charges are for they say it’s for the 3rd person in the room. We spend so much time and aggravation over the next few weeks trying to resolve this issue. I would never stay at a Marriott hotel again…they are scamming people out of their money. Check your receipts!!! I have travel all over the world and never had charges applied to my credit card after checking out of a hotel….

This hotel met our expectations in every way. The facilities are exceptional, including the beautifully maintained gardens, the pools, and the stunning beachfront. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the yoga class in the garden and the eco tour around the resort, during which we observed a variety of local wildlife and the spa facilities. Overall, we had a truly memorable experience and would highly recommend this property.

The restaurants are a bit overpriced, e.g. a buffet breakfast costs 40 USD.

Excellently located, by the beach. Good vibes atmosphere. Rooms are spacious. Because of where the resort is located it is a fair value, The hotel is maintained and high standards of cleanliness. The rooms are not totally sound proof because if other customers moved their chairs I could hear them. Service is good and amenities are very good. I had a wonderful stay at the resort, and enjoyed the complimentary activities offered. Housekeeping were excellent and sweet with the kind messages they left in my room. I particularly enjoyed interacting with the staff who served in Hacienda Kitchen for the breakfast, as they treated me like family. I am particularly grateful to Guiselle, Wendy, Kurinda, Liliana, Erik, Oscar, Fernando, Steve, Yancy, Dayana, Osvaldo. And from Concierge Jorge, Gredy, Pamela, and others I have forgotten. I would recommend this resort.

Beautiful resort. Will taking care of. The spa services are amazing and so is the golf. Enjoy the big beautiful pool and the views. Great for couples and families. Do not miss the Jaco Ariel tram tour with our guide Roy. Antonio Manuel national Park and Bella Vista cocina cooking school, you get to prepare and entire meal and dine on it afterwards.
