By train: Take the underground (line 11/17/18) to Berliner Platz, hop off and then head towards Altendorfer Strasse / Arbeitsamt. On Altendorfer Strasse - between the Colosseum and IKEA - walk to the next intersection and turn left onto Kurt-Joos-Strasse. "Verblijf van 2 dagen viel tegen."

Tijdens ons verblijf hadden wij helaas meerdere vervelende ervaringen. Allereerst waren beide liften defect. Eerst ging één lift kapot en daarna werkte de andere ook niet meer. Gelukkig was dit de volgende dag opgelost, maar ondertussen werd ons door het personeel verteld dat wij met een kind en kinderwagen telkens de trap moesten gebruiken. Dit vonden wij erg onhandig en niet klantvriendelijk. Daarnaast was de kamer niet goed schoongemaakt. Onder het bed lag veel stof, wat geen frisse indruk gaf. Ook lag er op het bed een folder waarin stond dat je bij warm weer katoenen lakens en een katoenen dekbedovertrek kon aanvragen. Omdat het buiten meer dan 30 graden was, wilde ik hier graag gebruik van maken. Bij de receptie werd mij echter verteld dat dit helemaal niet beschikbaar was. Ik vind het erg vreemd dat gasten hierover geïnformeerd worden via een folder, terwijl deze service vervolgens niet aangeboden wordt. Verder sliepen er op ongeveer 20 meter van het hotel mensen op straat in een hoekje. Dit gaf ons geen prettig en veilig gevoel tijdens het verblijf. Wij hopen dat deze punten serieus genomen worden en verbeterd zullen worden.
