"Luxuriöser Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Personal"

Das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, der Personalschlüssel sehr hoch. Das Frühstück war als Buffet im Restaurant im Dachgeschoss - einmalige Atmosphäre mit Grün und offenen Fenstern bei Blick über die Stadt - immer ansprechend und vielseitig: Teils wurden frische Rühreier direkt am Buffet zubereitet, ansonsten angeboten, sie aus der Küche anzufordern. Die Zimmer ("Deluxe Doppel-/Zweibettzimmer mit Balkon) waren groß, sehr gut mit einem schweren Vorhang zu verdunkeln, klimatisiert und immer sauber. Der Zimmerservice war im besten Sinne unauffällig und aufmerksam. Alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich in Kontakt kam, sprachen Englisch. Der Außenbereich mit Pool war einladend und gepflegt.

"Ok hotel to stay a night or 2 to explore Kigali."

Rooms were decent size, nice to have cooking facilities though I didn't use. Location is reasonably convenient for getting to the downtown area Safe to walk around the neighbourhood Hot showers

Pool area is super slippery, be VERY careful Early breakfast is a little chaotic Communication sometimes a bit hit and miss

The worst thing is that my wife killed a roach in the room. The tv didn’t work, but we were transferred to another room where everything was good. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the restaurant very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
