Sehr angenehmes und sauberes Hotel

A nice hotel with friendly staff throughout, the rooms and bathrooms were a bit small, ridiculously small tv on wall. The pool was very good, bar was great and restaurant food was also good

The Hotel overall was excellent. Although they didn't put our rooms near each other. Then we realised our room was a disabled room with no furniture and clumsy layout. Plus located right next to the entrance on the restaurant. After complaining several times and some delays they managed to change the room. Vegetarian options were non existent but there were plenty of sides to choose from which became very repetitive. But apart from those issues the hotel staff were excellent esp Murad(bar manager) and Umat(entertainnent lead). The drinks were limited but we of good quality. The pool was always busy and enjoyed the water polo. The room service was excellent and daily. Night entertainment was excellent as there was always some quality acts. The free shuttle to the beach was also a plus. Plus location was perfect with a 5 min walk to the main shopping area and a further 5 min to the beaufort Sugar beach.

The internet is very slow in the rooms. The property is very old and needs renovation!

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, great food, nice sized clean room, swimming pools for children and a separate one for adults only and entertainment during the day and night.
