Duty manager could and did solve any problems, much appreciated. Helpful housekeeping. Handy for excellent botanical gardens, recommended.

Very noisy nights from (student) parties. Very limited parking as part of upper floor of supermarket next door. That should be made much more clear in booking information as it is charged.

Good location to visit the botanical garden.

I think my expectations were too high. The hotel is a little tired. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice, staff were friendly enough. I would go back.

The room was clean and comfortable . It was well placed for where we were going . We didn't have breakfast .

We parked across the road on the Waitrose car park which is very convenient and reasonably priced . When I went to check out I asked at reception that everything had been paid by the credit card that I had left when I checked in. Fortunately I asked for a printed receipt which showed they hadn't taken the payment for the 2 nights on the car park.

Comfy, clean room in a great location in the west end. Close to dining out and shops overlooking the botanical gardens. Good bed and pillows with great room amenities.

The parking was a bit of a hit and miss affair as it has limited spots and are shared. This wasn't a massive problem for us as we were generally out and about.

Keine sauberen Zimmer. Klospülung kaputt. Hotellobby ebenfalls nicht wirklich sauber. Frühstück sehr einseitig.
