Hotel facilities

It was horrible experience for my family including my mom and a daughter 2 years old. We had booked hotel at sector 49 block a in noida.when I reached there to check in that’s when receptionist says that they are having problems there at hotel and ask me to go another branch of it located at sector 51 block h-46. I was not expecting this but giving it beneffit of doubt I said ok and went to another branch just to get highly disappointed and shocked. Room was too for small and not at all clean .tv was not working and unwired as well. Along with that ac does not have remote so we had switch it on and off .switch points was not near the bed ans little broken along with open ac wires as well which is risky for children. But this was ice on cake . at night there was a power cut for almost 4 hours my daughter wake up because of mosquitoes and kept crying .guys from reception area went disappear so we can ask someone to turn on inverter. And it went like for two days .ultimately I had take my stuff and shift to another hotel.
