"Ideal overnight location for us to reach the airport early next day."

Staff were all very helpful and the general facilities in the hotel were good.

The room was a bit 'scruffy' and the (double) bed a bit small. It seemed like it was an 'accessible' room with emergency pull cords and safety rails.

I liked the location to the NEC and the staff were mainly friendly.

I had a swearing screaming person in the room next to me that kept me awake. The room smelt damp and was dusty. The cups in the room were dusty too.

Great location for the NEC.

Room smelled of smoke and bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold and all the tables were dirty. Staff on front desk were rude and unhelpful.

Clean and comfortable

Given room that was already occupied. 2nd room had beds for 3 but glasses, tea and coffee for two. Breakfast advertised as grab and go but none available. Had to ask manager twice to help, we were in a rush. Car park £15
