"Stayed Overnight For A Concert"

The member of staff was friendly and good at check in. The location was ok for what we needed.

The lift was slow, the aircon unit was above my bed and.was set to cold, as soon as we got in and couldn't change the settings, breakfast was a little manic. Unfortunately our room was dusty and noisy due to the thin walls, we were woken up at 5am by crying children. Only 1 member of staff in the evening/night time, trying to manage the desk, bar, and general jobs.
