Holiday Inn Norwich North by IHG

Out of IPA and other beers. Need directions - signs to the airport from the lobby.

Very convenient to the airport site - literally 5 minutes walk across the road and airport parking lot. Clean room, good dinner and breakfast choices.

Rooms are very big and clean

Facilities were poor, very poor service, room was not what I booked and payed for, and was not very clean in places.

Good location near to the relatives we were visiting. Also very dog friendly, given we’d taken ours with us, and they obviously really welcomed dogs with biscuits, information on walks nearby and dog friendly restaurants etc.

We had water leaking through the ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom early on Sunday morning, but the staff acted very quickly and moved us to another room.

Location, room size was good

Talkative receptionist, which was fine but I was in a hurry and she basically wouldn’t let me go, just kept talking far too much. Shower pressure was terrible, literally dribbled out. The mattress was terrible resulting in a bad nights sleep. Noise was very load at night, combined with the terrible mattress resulted in very little sleep.

The staff were lovely

The water pressure was terrible. I tried using the phone to contact reception and it wouldn’t go through. I also kept hearing thud noises from upstairs at around 6am

We loved the breakfast, rooms were clean, staff were friendly. We had issues with the car charger for the electric car.
