We came to the Hilton because we love room service, its one of our treats when we go away, but to order 2 Pizzas and half and hour later to be called on the telephone to be told there is no room service as they are updating the menu is an absolute disgrace and will never use a hilton again, complete miss selling of a service you advertise!!!

Very central

No client lounge as such- just a few chairs & about three tables fitted into an alcove by the bar. Very poor service from kitchen- 1/2 my food order didn’t arrive & when it did first half was cold.This was returned to kitchen, waited so long for it to be returned to me that second half was cold . Waited so long for this to be rectified that my three companions had all finished their meals by the time mine finally arrived in one piece.As compensation l was given a gin & tonic!
