Clean and close to amenities

They were doing construction most of the day beginning in the morning during our entire 3 day stay. The breakfast ran out of food twice while we were there. We requested a play & pack be placed in our room before our arrival. We had to remind the front desk 3x, then we had to return to the front desk to pick it up, after the desk clerk told us he had forgotten again.
