"It was a most enjoyable short break"

We were self catering and had everything we needed in the kitchen area. There was an excellent Community Shop opposite selling local meat and produce. Our dog loved all the walks which were close by. We may return next year.

Great location for Newbury Race Course, had a lovely stay with friends, beautiful surroundings, good community shop, home from home. Lovely host, quick response to any questions and very helpful, thank you.

Fantastic Community Shop, so no need to take any food/drink in your luggage. Excellent dog walks. Lovely "secret garden" for use by cottage users.

Noise of moving about from "Hayloft", which is located above The Stable". We think they were running marathons up there, each evening. Local pub only open Thursday to Sunday.

Apartment was spotless and well equipped. A lovely area to explore. Jessica the host was great and welcoming. Fantastic to have the community shop across the courtyard.
