Mattress was awful to sleep on, one pillow was missing a pillow case so didn’t feel clean enough to sleep on and the pillows were paper thin at best. Walls were filthy No bin in the room

"It’s was alright expect the radiator wasn’t working."

Everything was okay ,except the radiator it wasn’t working and the room was cold for the duration of our staying.

The staff was not responding for our message and call regarding the radiator.

We were not happy with the room we were given is not what we expected we were soo disappointed

It was dirty,even the kitchen was dirty everything was not looking clean
