Perfect location. Very responsive and friendly staff.

I have no choice but mention that the flooring, carpets in rooms are not acceptable due to stains and loose fittings. They are very very dirty. It actually makes you very uncomfortable. The reason I stayed at this hotel was the area and friendliness of the Staff. The location was secure. I was so tired, almost had no choice to try, I should have looked at the room before payment, but everywhere was so full. As Ahmed saw the carpets of the room I was booked in, I made a promise to write a review. He works there and was so helpful to change my room to a better one, he also promised to pass the concerns to the management. Demet at reception is lovely, Hope she reads this review and takes the concerns seriously. The management needs to spend some money to change the whole flooring in the rooms and the corridor of the floors, there is no underlay. The hotel charges quite a lot considering what they are offering. It is not respectful to customers, guests to operate this way. They should take some responsibility if they are genuinely want to make people 😊 happy. The curtains and netting were not clean either. The bed , bedding and bathrooms are OK, could be better. There was an unpleasant smell once the shower was on. Toilet fittings at some rooms are not fitted properly. In this day and age, in the heart of the city, while charging guests high prices , the management should seriously reflect on what they are doing wrong. They justify the fittings of the carpets, just clean, clean, clean and get rid of them to a more hygienic, wooden, wipable flooring with modern finish. This is not the way to run a business.

Location is good. Good value for money

Too noisy. The man that help us to park the car actually parked it on the other side of the street, but charged us 50 liras

This hotel is really very well-positioned also in walking distance to the airport bus. It’s a bit dated and not everything works perfectly but all in all we had a pleasant stay mostly due to the manager and the staff who really did the best to make us enjoy our stay by being so genuinely friendly.

Orel is new thats is why unfinished details inthe room And wi fi is working in lobby not in the rooms I let the lobby for wi fi and shower problem 2 time nothing change
