Hadley's Orient Hotel

The service was friendly and helpful. Ash was an absolute delight! He exhibited wonderful customer service.

No room service, we have stayed here in the past and the room service was exceptional. The breakfast area was relocated from the beautiful area it once was.

Staff were kind and accommodating, the room was tidy and clean, the breakfast was amazing, the location was perfect and everything was lovely

Location, old style look and feel

Rooms could have had more light-for example an overhead light or stronger lamp would have been good for reading

I love the history and decor

The strong perfume smell when you walked into the lobby, the smell was way too much for a sensitive person.

The staff were absolutely wonderful at this central, spacious and comfortable hotel. The bed was like a cloud and the shower head was perfect. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the location is amazing.

Nothing. They clearly state rooms are accessed by stairs and perhaps after a later night that was a little tiring but absolutely expected and understandable.
