The food at the buffet , the food was not good

I loved that it was adults only, the location was not a 10 but 8 is a good score. The hotel was very clean and our room was cleaned everyday.

The only thing I didn't like soo much was that everything after about 11:30 closes and there's nothing to do after that. I guess its because is a spa

El trato del personal, la ubicación, las vistas al mar, el buffet libre, las piscinas, el acceso a la playa, todo en general

El único pero, es poca zona para aparcar

la stanza era bellissima, spaziosa e con una vista mozzafiato

fanno pagare l’acqua (e non poco)anche se hai i pasti inclusi nel soggiorno

Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale,staff altrettanto eccezionale,ringrazio personalmente lo Chef Vincenzo ed il suo cuoco Antonio per la gentilezza e disponibilità di accontentare le richieste,nel limite del possibile,un altro ringraziamento speciale al cameriere Giuseppe S. di una gentilezza,educazione e disponibilità eccezionali.Colazione e cena sempre ottime voto 9.Camera superior con vista mare senza alcuna pecca.Giardini comuni curatissimi,toilette comuni pulitissime.

Everything was fabulous! 😊 The room and the property are very clean and well maintained. I have to say, the squirrels made everything even better 🤭 The staff is professional, kind and welcoming and we thank you for taking such good care of us. And I have to say a big thank you to the chefs, as the food was amazing - the buffet had various dishes , plenty to choose from, on both breakfast and dinner…you can’t say you don’t know what to eat. The cocktails were very well done 🫶🏽 Only one recommendation - a late bar and a TV screen in the bar area would’ve been nice. There is a bar until 23:00 or 00:00 and there are also singers or events but for example during World Cup, it would’ve been nice to enjoy the games especially if the weather is not great (not out case, we were lucky to have great weather ). Thank you all for such a lovely stay !

Un magnifique hôtel, grandiose ;un emplacement idéal avec une vue sur l’océan imprenable ! La restauration était de qualité avec du choix… de quoi satisfaire tout le monde ! Personnel d’une grande politesse. Un hôtel qui mérite 5 étoiles !

Manque d’animations et l’état des routes pour accéder à l’hôtel ( mauvais état)

Ottimo resort con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Presenza di piscine su più livelli e accesso ad una spiaggia bellissima. Colazione abbondante con tanta possibilità di scelta. Resort appena fuori da Morro Jable che necessita della macchina per arrivarci (10 min). Staff molto disponibile ed educato!

Tutto ok! Resort enorme che a volte non lascia molto spazio a chi cerca intimità e privacy. Colazione e cena a buffet che rischia di trasformarsi in una mensa. Ma la qualità è ottima. Il late check-out è di solo 2 ore in più, però viene offerto uno spogliatoio con doccia e asciugamani per chi vuole fermarsi fino alle 19.

Los accesos por coche al hotel fatal...en la piscinas los ruidos de pájaros por los altavoces llegan a molestar cada 10 m.
