Die Lage fand ich perfekt, Metro direkt vor dem Hotel, ruhig und tolle Cafes in der Nähe. Sauberes Zimmer und sehr bequemes Bett.

La habitación muy limpia. El personal amable. La ubicación es muy buena, conectada con el transporte público y muchos lugares para comer a los alrededores.

Por poner una pega, es cara la noche, pero es evidente que al ser Madrid barato no va a ser.

"Hotel haut de gamme Place Castilla"

J'ai réservé cet hôtel en raison de la proximité avec un rendez-vous client. Ma chambre (plutot une suite) était vraiment spacieuse et lumineuse (10ème étage). Le lit est très confortable et la SDB fonctionnelle. Le petit déj est varié et bon. L'hotel est situé près d'une grosse station de métro / Gare, dont il y a un grand choix de restaurant et de bars. Il faut s'écarter un peu pour éviter les fast foods. On a trouvé un resto péruvien pas cher et délicieux.. Petite supérette DIA bien fournie à 2 minutes

Les ascenseurs sont un enfer aux heures de pointe et des collègues qui ont essayé de réserver une semaine avant sont tombés sur des tarifs vraiment élevés il faut vous y prendre à l'avance.

Very very comfortable bed. Nice natural sun light on the higher floor. Silent room. Clean.

Staff wasn't so helpful, they told us they didn't had room service when we asked for ice. Weird thing to say in an hotel. The location is not super central, but it's ok, the subway is nearby. The problem was that the area around the hotel didn't seem super safe.
