Check-in was a breeze. Staff was welcoming and professional. Location was ideal as it was very close to the tram and bus stop and located in a quiet neighborhood. It is also close to a shopping area across from the hotel where there were shops and restaurants. The wi-fi was reliable and there were enough outlets for our devices. The bed was comfortable. The room was quite spacious and clean. The dumbbells were a nice touch. We loved the wallpaper which was actually the city map showing the hotel's location relative to the points of interest. It was decorative as well as conveniently informative. The bathroom had lots of counter space for toiletries. Breakfast was sumptuous as there was quite the variety. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
