Being put in a room with an adjoining door to next room where a noisy guest was staying.
Decent enough place for a last minute booking. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a bit lame compared to other chains. Parking lot is in odd shape and getting here takes a bit more effort than you'd expect given the area.
The TV cable connections were disconnected, The remote control sensor was not visible to the controller, The drawers to the chest of drawers would not stay closed. Controls to the HVAC were not broke, Very noisy, parking is along the side of the rooms so workmen staying there were making noise late into the night, No security to patrol and control the noise. Carpeting in halls were similar to the floors in a movie theater.
Everything was outdated, dirty,/stained, ripped or dented/scratched up.
Needs a good cleaning all around.

This hotel was supposed to be 100% smoke free! We book d a 4 night stay. The first night we smelled some smoke but it was somewhat tolerable. The second night the smoke was so bad, along with marijuana smell that it permeated the halls. It was horrible. Couldn’t breathe. it was so bad we checked out the following morning. They were very accommodating upon checkout. The halls were all sprayed as well as rooms. They were trying. But I also have to add that we saw 5 roaches!! This was a really bad experience. I will also add that there were people passed out on the couch in the lobby for several hours.
Everything was good.
