"Tried twice will not go again"

The proximity of the hotel to my family member's property - 2 minute walk

Paper cups made the drinks taste awful, lack of coffee milk (was not replenished). Second visit requested proper cups, which were not cleaned the following morning. Room 1 sliding toilet door would not stay shut. Left over food which was a month out of date was in the mini bar. TV wouldn't work. No one to speak to on premises until later in the day by which time we had gone out.
