"We had a fantastic time!!"

Location was great! The breakfast was excellent!! The pool and bar was relaxing. Diego was terrific at dinner and providing information.

"Great getaway."

The pool was great and staff was wonderful.

The pull out couch had a mattress that was so uncomfortable it could not be used. My son had to sleep on the couch.

Check in was smooth appreciated text messages checking in from Tyrell. Apprciate that a bath mat to prevent slipping inside the tub was able to be provided. Breakfast was amazing, freshly prepared and serving platters refreshed frequently Cocktail reception lovely. Server Brandon exceptional, however all servers were good. Choice of 2 pools unique.

Housekeeping on last 2 days did not restock coffee or coffee cups . Housekeeping not available to our room on Sunday until late afternoon( after 3P) Front desk said satff had to be diverted to other sections of the hotel. Air conditiioning not great in room Set at 60 to make room 70, No idea what people staying when temp is over 100 do
