Apartamento El Duque

Clean, comfortable and spacious room in a very cental shared apartment.

very central, clean, safe. a ton of amenities.

there was only one bathroom for four(?) rooms, but it wasn’t a huge issue, and the kitchen is a little dated. it worked though!

Perfect location, spacious room, all needed facilities.

Blanked was too light - it was very cold at night. Also much noise from the street at night. The bathroom is old and dirty :(

The location is in the city centre. Easy check in with clear direction.

My stay was the end of February, it was still cold outside. I There is no heater in the room or elsewhere in the apartment. Blanket was just enough. When I was in the hallway, there was another guest in the apartment looking around making me feel a bit uneasy.

Appartment was close to El Duque Plaza de las Tendillas. We arrived on Friday when it was a celebration in the country, town, it was busy, noisy.But location in Old town, central, not far from Mezquita, Alcazar, Puente Romano, Juderia. The first evening I found out that our bed slots are broken.Send a text to the owner- frame and mattress was changed the same day, when we away on tour. WC/ shower we had to share 5 rooms, also kitchen.It was dated, but cleaned every day.

Check in supposed to be since 14:00, I send few texts in the morning to an owner, that we need information, how to check in.It did not happen, I had to call him and ask for information regarding codes, keys..He said manager will come to meet us.The young man did not speak a word English, had to use Google translator..I think, if you are oferring your place to foreigners, you must speak English.The truth- owner did speak English.Also The next day he brought cups, plates, coffee machine( but no capsules)..In the room there was a strange smell, so did bed linen smell.The I realised- is a smell of old building, which is not been heated well..Beautiful posh building, not cheap to run.
